Delete your data

You can permanently delete everything Loofy holds about you at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1: from Instagram (instant)

Open your chat with @hey_loofy on Instagram and send the message "delete my data". Loofy immediately and permanently deletes all of your data and replies to confirm. No account or login is required.

Option 2: by email

Email earanyash@gmail.com from any address with your Instagram username and a request to delete your data. We will delete it and confirm, typically within a few days.

What gets deleted

Everything associated with you: the reels you shared, the extracted content from them, your entire conversation history with Loofy, your saved preferences, and your user record. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you message Loofyagain later, you start fresh as a brand-new user.
