Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Loofy ("the service"), a personal assistant you reach by sending direct messages to our Instagram account @hey_loofy. By messaging the account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

What Loofy does

Loofy lets you save Instagram reels by sharing them to it, organizes what's inside them, and reminds you to act on them. It is a personal productivity tool provided for your convenience.

Eligibility

You must have an Instagram account and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.

Acceptable use

Please use Loofy only for its intended, lawful purpose. Do not use it to send unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content, to spam or overload the service, or to attempt to access data that isn't yours. We may pause or stop serving accounts that misuse it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reels and messages you send. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and store them so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you choose to share with Loofy.

Stopping and deleting

You can pause messages any time by sending "stop" (resume with "start"), and permanently delete all your data by sending "delete my data". See the data deletion page.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reminders and extractions are best-effort and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Don't rely on Loofy for anything time-critical or safety-critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

Loofy is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their products.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using it at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
